Please note that as a subspecialty we work in collaboration with your other medical providers and a referral for our services is typically necessary for an appointment. Please talk with your provider if you feel our services would be beneficial for you or your family.
Dr. Muller and Dr. Campbell triage all patient referrals to assess when and what type of evaluation is best for you. In order to properly schedule and be prepared for your appointment they may need to obtain additional information from the referring provider, or the office staff may call you to obtain further information or prior medical records that would be pertinent to your care. To ensure you get the most out of your appointment you may not be scheduled until the requested information (if available) is obtained.
